Yup ! this is all you pay. There is a booking fee that the service takes but that's all :) This deal includes any small - med flash. This can be upgraded to a bigger piece for extra $ too. Open to tattooing most flash on my Instagram, just dm me before and we will find a comfortable balance of time/design/placement for the deal.
