all appointments require a $75 non-refundable deposit. this will secure your time slot and confirm your appointment time. it will be taken off the total on the day of your tattoo. if you need to reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time. if you reschedule within 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to secure your new date and time.
i will reschedule your appointment up to 2 times if i am given adequate notice (more than 24hrs before your scheduled time) or only 1 time if it is short notice (24hrs or less). if you no call/no show i will not reschedule your appointment. in this case you will be required to rebook with a new form, new deposit, etc. if you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled time and we do not have time to complete your tattoo and have to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule.
